What is NLP?
N for "neurology", i.e. the mind and how we think.
L for "linguistic", meaning how we use language and how it affects us.
P for "programming" and how we sequence our actions to achieve our goals.
NLP is about self-development and change and we dare say that you haven’t yet reached the limit of what you are capable of.
John Grinder a co-founder once said "NLP is the epistemology of returning to what we have lost — a state of grace" and here are the words of another co-founder Robert Dilts - "NLP is whatever works."
